Membership protects your reputation
Volunteering NT is a branch of Volunteering SA/NT. We're a members based, not-for-profit who believes that volunteering can be a way to bring the Territory together by helping people feel they belong. Our aim is to make it easy for everyone to volunteer and for organisations like yours to make the most of the goodwill of volunteers.
Looking after the health and safety of our volunteers is a priority which is why all members need to have an ABN and current certificate of insurance (if you are a sporting club or a branch of a larger organisation, you're probably covered by your peak body / umbrella organisation - just ask them for a copy of the certificate). This reassures volunteers that you're legitimate and have invested in their well-being.
